18th century dry surface salmon painted foot stool great surface

You very seldom see a foot stool you know is 18th century yet this one fits the bill. Dry remains on both legs and sides of original salmon paint mortised with a make-do repair in the 19th century with a piece of wood and square nails. Well done for the period and really does not effect the piece just adds charm. Small size measuring 10 by 6 by 6 inches . Great arched boot Jack ends . Does not wobble !!! Great original painted example.
